Custom Signs Designed, Permitted, Fabricated, and Installed
From a storefront sign to a one-of-a-kind architectural feature, Capitol Neon develops custom signs around your brand, building, visibility goals, and site requirements.
Custom Does Not Have to Mean Complicated
You may come to us with a logo and a rough idea, or simply a problem you need the sign to solve. Our team will help determine the appropriate sign type, materials, lighting, mounting method, and permitting path.
Because we design with fabrication and installation in mind, the concept is developed for the conditions of your actual site—not just for how it looks on screen.
What We Can Create
We design, fabricate, and install truly custom architectural signage. This includes:
- Custom exterior building signs and storefront signage
- Illuminated channel letters and cabinet signs
- Monument, pole, and pylon signs
- Interior logos, reception signs, directories, and wayfinding
- Architectural signage and branded feature elements
- Traditional neon and custom illuminated signs
- Specialty shapes, materials, finishes, and mounting systems
If your project requires something outside of standard categories, we build it.
Our Process
01
Discovery
We gather your goals, brand files, site information, landlord criteria, and available plans.
02
Site review
We verify dimensions, visibility, mounting conditions, electrical access, and applicable sign requirements.
03
Design and proposal
We develop the concept or shop drawings and define materials, scope, price, and anticipated schedule.
04
Permitting and engineering
We coordinate the drawings, calculations, and submittals required for approval.
05
Fabrication
Your sign is built in-house with materials selected for its design, location, and long-term use.
06
Installation
Our licensed crews coordinate access, equipment, placement, and secure installation. When an electrical feed is required at the sign location, we will identify that requirement early so it can be coordinated with the appropriate electrician.
07
Final Review
We test operation, coordinate required sign inspections, and confirm the completed installation.
Bring us the Idea or the Problem
You do not need to know the technical name of the sign you need. Send us your logo, a photo of the building, your plans, or a description of what you are trying to accomplish. We will help define the right next step.
